Shipping & Delivery
Air Power, Inc. will provide same-day shipping of in-stock items if the order is received prior to 3 PM Central (US) time. Delivery dates will depend on the shipping carrier. Air Power reserves the right to choose a shipping carrier unless specified by the customer. Air Power does not guarantee the performance of independent carriers. All orders are “EXWORKS” Arlington, TX or the respective manufacturer and become customer property once shipped. Air Power is not responsible for delivered items that are stolen or damaged by carrier. Each package comes with $100 USD of insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased by customer request at competitive rates. Customers are welcome to ship on their account and/or provide their own shipment coverage.
Ship and Backorder
Orders shipping within the United States are defaulted to ship and backorder. If you would like your order held and shipped in one package, please check “Hold for Complete Shipping” during checkout, contact an Air Power sales representative or email sales@airpowerinc.com. Please provide your order number. If you have a preferred ship date other than the date of order placement, please contact the Air Power Sales Department or email sales@airpowerinc.com.
When a customer requests an order to be held and shipped complete in one package, Air Power will consider this a "Ship-In-Place" order where parts are invoiced as they are received and allocated to order, even if they have not shipped. Customers can always contact Air Power and request all items held for complete shipping be released for shipment.
Please note special instructions in the appropriate fields during checkout or contact us. Special instructions and credit card declines may delay shipment.
Signature Required
Air Power automatically ships orders valued over $7,500 and all international orders “Signature Required.” To request Signature Required on orders not automatically shipped Signature Required, please notify your sales representative or select “Signature Required” during checkout at www.airpowerinc.com. Note that selecting this option can delay delivery if a person is not available to sign at time of delivery.
Shipping Charges
For orders in the Continental United States, Air Power ships orders via ground shipping free of charge. Cylinders, Engines, Propellers, Hazmat, Oil Barrels, pallets of oil, odd size, & bulk or non-parcel items are exempt from this policy. Cylinders are shipped for $29 each, ground, in the lower 48. For expedited orders, Propellers, & odd sized items, shipping charges will be invoiced at the time of shipment. For a manual shipment quote, please provide your order number via email to sales@airpowerinc.com and make this request.
For orders outside of the Continental United States, Air Power will add shipping charges to the cost of the order. For a manual shipment quote, please provide your order number via email to sales@airpowerinc.com and make this request.
Customer Accounts
To ship on your account, please make note of the carrier and account number at the time of checkout. Air Power will cannot be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. Air Power cannot file carrier claims on the customer’s account.

Customs & Duty
All freight, duty and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. If Air Power is billed these charges on your behalf, you agree that you will be billed by Air Power for these charges. It is the responsibility of the recipient to clear the shipment through their local customs and brokerage and pay all import fees such as customs and duties. Air Power does not accept responsibility for any shipments that are abandoned due to the recipients failure to pay import fees. Air Power will deduct the cost of freight, return freight , and any applicable import fees for any shipments that are returned due to refusal by the recipient to pay local import fees in the original destination country.
