Joe has been with Air Power Inc for more than 15 years. He comes to us with over 35 years of experience in sales and customer service. Joe has been a licensed pilot since 1992. He has extensive knowledge of factory engines and their proper applications. He is committed to exceeding every customers expectations and is always on the lookout for another opportunity to create a "Raving Fan."

Engine Sales Representative
Charles joined Air Power in 2016. He was originally in our shipping department before he found his new home in our engine sales department. He brings his enthusiasm, ambition, and customer service skills with him. He is a valued member of the Air Power team.
Steve Vacek

A native of Wisconsin and a Texas transplant, Steve joined Air Power as a Parts Sales Representative and made the transition to Engine Sales in 2020. Steve is a Private Pilot and his passion for aviation is what makes him successful at Air Power

As a pilot himself, Josh is passionate about aviation and getting his customers the engines they need. Josh joined Air Power in 2023 and brings his strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills to the team.

Katy joined the Air Power accounting department in 2020 before moving to the engines department in 2023. Katy enjoys helping her team and customers with any questions or concerns. She excels at customer communication, updating lead times, and driving revenue growth.

Parts Sales Representative
Mark has over 25 years experience in aviation customer service and more than 20 years with Air Power, Inc. He has been a licensed pilot since 1995. He was awarded “Employee of the Year”in 2002 for his leadership and dedication. His knowledge of aircraft parts and his commitment to customer service has been instrumental to the current success of the Parts Sales Department.
Diane Ford
Business Development Manager
Diane joined Air Power in 2021, coming from another well known parts distributor. Here at Air Power, Diane focuses on customer retention and sharing Air Power’s story with aircraft owners, repair stations and fleets worldwide.
Ken Rawls
Parts Sales Representative
Ken has over 25 years experience in customer service. Ken was in auto parts sales for 8 years before coming to general aviation. He has been with Air Power since 1998. He has a thorough knowledge of general aviation parts and he shares Air Power’s commitment to customer service. He is dedicated to the success of the company.

Tony comes to Air Power with over 20 years of Aviation experience. He also brings extensive knowledge of Cessna Airframes, gained by years of working aircraft salvage. Tony definitely understands the importance of keeping costs low. He is excited to share his skills to help Air Power Inc's customers with their Aviation needs.

Ric Ferraro has over 34 years of experience in the aerospace / aviation industry, with 20 of those years at Air Power. Ric’s extensive aviation knowledge, experience, and customer service makes him a valuable member of the Air Power team.
Kaitlin Haddad
Internet Sales Manager
Kaitlin joined Air Power in 2021 after leading a successful Internet Sales Department and a well-known auto dealer in Fort Worth. Aviation runs in her blood and she’s excited to lead Air Power’s e-commerce team.

Chloe joined Air Power in 2023 and brought with her a background in art and design. Whether it's through website design or trade show coordination, Chloe ensures Air Power customers stay up to date on product inventory and promotions.

Tony comes to Air Power with over a decade of aircraft parts purchasing experience. Tony leads all purchasing efforts as well as the warehouse team.

With over 22 years on the Air Power team, Mike is a vital asset to the company. Mike oversees warehouse inventory and order verification which keeps the warehouse running smoothly. Mike’s hard work and expertise shows his commitment to making sure that Air Power customers get the best service possible.
